I don't want to overpay Rice, and I don't want to give him a dime if he's not 100%.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Still, if he were healthy and willing to sign for $2-3MM, we'd be fools not to do it, regardless of cash already spent.</description>

		<description>I'd like to see what the current D-Line can do before we start to throw even more money at it.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And I'm starting to think that I;m the last person in Texans fan-land that is still pulling for TJ...oh well.  Untill Amobi signed I thought that he was the most athletic of the DT's, and I think the year playing in the 3-4 (where he didn't really fit) jacked with his head.</description>
