Homerism is fine. I’ll freely admit to loving Dat Nguyen even when he played for Satan’s Team. Clemens pushes the edges of homerism and goes right into obsession. I’m honestly a little worried.

@ Matt, if you think I love DJ, you should have seen the man crush I had on TJ Ford. There is no one that can convince me that he wouldn’t dominate on the Rockets. And unfortunately for Augustin he went to a team that is just put together terribly, so I’m afraid that could really hurt him.

@Lee - I just wanted to make sure that that picture was sarcastic, not loving. As for the turd himself, I recently reread Bill Simmons “antichrist” post about him from back in 2001, and I couldn’t help thinking how much more awesome that article has become with time. Lazy contract clauses? Half-season holdouts? Steriod denials? Simmons had no idea just how right he really was.
