Kickoff

Somewhere, a village is missing its idiot. Tim already commented on this, but, seriously, “Favre to the Texans” is one of the dumbest things I’ve heard in a long, looooong (see what I did there?) time.  And claiming it is a good fit, considering that we have TWO QBs that most teams would be happy with is just beyond asinine.

Jared Zabransky is shocked — SHOCKED — that the WAC is not mentioned. Interesting article breaking down which conferences turn out the most NFL starters by position.  I have nothing to add.

Age Ain’t Nuthin’ But A Number.  Nice article from ESPN regarding the coming-of-age of Amobi “Manchild” Okoye.  Dude gets cooler every time someone write something about him.  I want to hang out with him, actually.

Any day now, ESPN will finally stop this ridiculous rumor-mongering designed entirely to fill their newsticker. Until then, though, let me leave you with a pearl of wisdom: Football, football, football!!!

The ONLY reason I can see why that would be rumored is that we’re in the south. But, wouldn’t New Orleans or the Baby Eating Sisterfuckers be closer in proximity to his home of Mississippi? Some might say one of those teams actually has a QB issue, but I’ll leave that to you all to figure out.
    Seriously, dumb rumor.
    Oh, and fuck VY.

I read the article that ESPN wrote about possible landing spots for Brett Favre and the jerkoff that wrote it was doing his best to come up with a scenario for all 32 teams. I didn’t realize that Coach Kubes was a QB lover. I thought it was Gruden that couldn’t get enough QB ass.

Where was Greenwood when they were doing the happy birthday rap for Okoye?

Favre to the Texans is absolutely retarded. Even stupider is the point that the BES are too committed to Radio to even consider the notion, but the Texans are so unsettled at QB that we would have to consider it.

As for the Okoye article, it was nice, but I’m really confused as to the counting system. Doesn’t a list of 21 items, usually contain 21 items? And who knew that Darius Walker and Zac Diles were on the practice squad?

Saying Kubes covets QB’s because he was a quarterback coach is like me saying I can fix your car because my dad was a TV repairman.

If you live in Austin, that “nana” should be pretty fuggin easy to find.
